I have been responsible for the entire hotel business since 2015. This includes sales and marketing, reception, housekeeping and running marketing campaigns for the Swiss Chuchi Restaurant. I’m passionate about working in the hotel industry. It’s a varied job, which involves a lot of responsibility and commitment. The positive feedback we have received from many of our guests motivates us to continue offering the best hotel service in Zurich’s old town.
I started my career as a Junior Chef in the Swiss Chuchi Restaurant at the age of 23. I now work as the Head Chef and manage a team of 14 kitchen staff. We work together each day to serve our Swiss specialities to a large number of guests. I’m proud that for nearly 30 years I have played my part in helping the Swiss Chuchi Restaurant to achieve success.
I have been working in the Swiss Chuchi Restaurant since 1997. I really enjoy working as a Sous Chef because no two days are the same. This makes my job very varied, which is why I’m still really motivated every day – even after so many years.
As Restaurant Manager and Host of the Swiss Chuchi Restaurant, I welcome a lot of guests from all over the world every day. The serving staff and I work together to provide typical Swiss hospitality. Our ultimate goal is to delight each and every guest so that they want to visit us again.
I have worked as a Chef de Service in the Swiss Chuchi Restaurant since 2013. My team and I are responsible for ensuring a smooth service is provided. I really enjoy the work because there is always a lot going on and we are right in the middle of the action. We have a great and strong team, and working together is a lot of fun.
My job is to support service management in the operational area. I really like interacting with our guests – that’s why I enjoy my work so much. What I particularly like about the Swiss Chuchi restaurant is that so much importance is placed on the quality and origin of the products.
I’m responsible for a wide range of areas, namely human resources, administration and the maintenance of the Hotel Adler Zurich – this makes my work varied and exciting. I value the flat organisational structure and the good communication across all departments. We are also actively engaged in the industry and are committed to sustainability – we value the importance of giving something back to our environment.
I have been Front Office Manager since 2019. What I like most about my job is that I get the chance to interact with our guests, but I also enjoy working in the back office. Our top priority is to ensure our guests are satisfied. Feeling valued and having a good working atmosphere are also very important to me, which is why I enjoy coming to work at the Hotel Adler Zurich every day.

I have worked at the Hotel Adler Zurich since the year 2000. The time has just flown by. As Executive Housekeeper, I’m responsible for ensuring the hotel rooms are prepared to perfection for our guests. My team and I ensure everything is clean and tidy. I value working in a team. It’s important to me that we get on well and support one another.
I have also worked at the Hotel Adler Zurich since the year 2000. As Assistant Executive Housekeeper, I work with Kema to ensure that the whole hotel is clean and tidy. I particularly appreciate the fact I can contribute my ideas that are also implemented. This ensures that processes can be constantly optimised and that we always remain up to date.

I have been working as HR & Administration Manager since 2023. This includes all HR processes, parts of the accounting, and the coordination of maintenance tasks. It is particularly important to me to optimize processes and provide employees with all the tools they need to work independently and efficiently.
In 2023, I was promoted to Assistant Restaurant Manager. I love the energy and speed of a high-volume restaurant, which requires a high level of organization. It is particularly important to me that the quality is consistently high and that all guests can enjoy a consistent experience.
As Restaurant Manager, I have been leading a team of 20 since 2023. For me, the satisfaction of our guests and strong teamwork are paramount. I have a collaborative management style that aims to create a positive working environment and develop the full potential of my team.
