I have been responsible for the entire hotel business since 2015. This includes sales and marketing, reception, housekeeping and running marketing campaigns for the Swiss Chuchi Restaurant. I started my career as a Junior Chef in the Swiss Chuchi Restaurant at the age of 23. I now work as the Head Chef and manage a team of 14 kitchen staff. We work together each day to serve our Swiss specialities to a large number of guests. I\u2019m proud that for nearly 30 years I have played my part in helping the Swiss Chuchi Restaurant to achieve success.<\/p>\n
